Sometimes the best way to learn is to immerse yourself in something, to get involved. Getting your head around diet and lifestyle changes can tricky- surrounding yourself with passionate people who are doing it already can make a huge difference.

My workshops are a great place to join like-minded souls, those interested in the same topic and those ready to make a change. The small group environments offer a relaxed, comfortable place to learn, to bounce ideas off others and to nut out the gems of each workshop, helping integrate it into your life.
